Gem Swimwear will happily issue store credit for a garment return.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?
-Please complete an inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your swimsuit letting us know that you need an exchange.
-Send your unworn garment.
-Once we have received your swimwear, it will be inspected to see that it was not worn, washed, or altered and then we will issue store credit and send a confirmation email.
-The item/s must be returned within 7 working days upon reception.
-The item/s must be in original condition (hygiene liner still attached, Gem Swimwear tags, and
-Item/s cannot be worn, washed, or altered if they are being returned.
-Item/s returned that do not meet these conditions will not be exchanged. These item/s will be.
sent back to your shipping address at your expense.
-So we are aware of the incoming garment, please complete the inquiry form prior to sending
back the garment/s.
-It is advised that once the item is sent, that you provide the tracking number as our team is not
responsible for any lost garments.
-No returns/exchanges accepted on SALE items.
